"I honestly am not sure where to begin. My fiancé has always been someone who loves to workout, but I had really lost my drive. This plan brought me back. I went from begging him to not make me go to the gym to looking forward to each workout and how much of a challenge it may be. I can say honestly I didn’t lose a ton of weight, but my body has changed so much. I have way more energy, I feel amazing, and my whole body is so much tighter. I went from being a gym wanderer to feeling confident and loving every day of being at the gym. I can’t thank you enough for making me feel good about myself again and for making my fiancé get over his plateau as well. We have already restarted the plan again and are trying to be better with our diet in round 2. It’s definitely a lifestyle change, but your plan has helped us so much. We’re so much happier in all aspects of our life and we can enjoy being at the gym together instead of dreading going. I can’t say it wasn’t hard and that I didn’t want to not do it on certain days but at the end we were so proud for not missing a day and feeling so good about ourselves. Thank you again!”

Yes, I’ve said it a million times and I’ll say it a million more, but I am so thankful for what you have and will continue to come out with. Your work is amazing and it shows all of the effort you put in. I never had a fascination in muscles until I saw that I can have my own. My own that are VISIBLE. Thank you a million times.
