Here's a little background information about myself. I am 24 years old, about 4'11 (short girls unite), originally from Kentucky and moved to Indiana in November 2017 to be with my fiancé. I went to a community college where I studied some exercises science and I have an associates in science. My favorite foods are pizza and donuts. I have a pitbull named Zoie, and a frenchie named Diesel. They are my little fur babies. I absolutely love being outside, whether its hiking, laying out, at the beach, grilling out, anything! I have two siblings (one half sister and one step brother), and one niece that I love to spoil.
I started my fitness journey about 3-4 years ago. The first year I was going to the gym, I had no knowledge about what I was doing! I knew nothing about muscle groups, what to eat, or how to train! It became a hobby that I started to love the more I did it! I did some research about the fitness industry / lifestyle and learned from a few idols I followed on Instagram.
A year later, I decided to start my own fitness account on Instagram. I wanted to help people, who were just like myself and didn’t know a lot about working out, become more confident in their own skin! At the time I didn't have a workout partner, which made it hard to motivate myself on the days I didn't want to go to the gym. I thought "why not make a page that would hold me accountable like a workout partner"? That's when it all began. I started posting my progress pictures and some workout ideas. I was so excited when people started coming to me for their fitness questions. It was a win-win situation foe everyone. I had people holding me accountable for my workouts while also helping people with theirs.
After a while, my Instagram page started growing more than I ever imagined! I even got sponsored by a few companies that I absolutely love! I finally found my passion! I have a website, selling workout plans, and getting to meet some of the most amazing, supportive, strong, dedicated people I've ever known! I am so happy I shared this journey with you!
